Ortholog Browser
Here you can access a L. infantum ortholog Browser based on González-de la Fuente et al. 2017 version of the genome. This tool allows to search for different fields dynamically (CDS, ortholog, protein function...) in order to look for specific information. It also provides the old annotation nomenclature corresponding to the TritrypDB release 9.
