Transcriptome Browser
Here you can access a L. major transcriptome Browser based on Alonso et al. 2016 version of the genome. This tool allows to search for different fields dynamically (transcript, gene, protein function...) in order to look for specific information. It also provides a link for each transcript where you can obtain the transcript sequence with the coding region in uppercase.
